Console is tested and working. Console is NTSC-J and thus will play any region PSP games but only JP PSP movie UMDs.
See pictures for condition. There are some signs of wear on the outer body. A screen protector has been applied. Any dust under the screen lens is mainly noticeable only if the screen is off.
