Cancelling an Order
For items available in our store, cancellations are not accepted. Please reach out to us for more information if anything is unclear before placing an order.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if a product is considered by our team to be defective after consulting with the customer through basic diagnostics and/or usage tips to no avail with the provided proof from the customer.
Reasons such as (but not limited to): "better price available elsewhere", "arrived too late", "changed their mind" will not be accepted for returns.
Any returns must included all order items in the condition it was sent in, any bonus items and all original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee will be deducted from your order refund/store credit based on the item's fair value will be deducted from the order refund (no exceptions).
Damages and issues
All orders come with a 31 day warranty that covers your order if it shows a major defect such as an "item not turning on" or a "broken screen" that was not communicated within the item description or photos.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, has the wrong item(s), or is missing items please do reach out to us at dksretromods@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. It is important to us that our customers are pleased with their purchases.
For a resolution to the above cases, we offer depending on the case at hand:
- Replacement
- Store credit (no expiration)
- Gift card (no expiration)
- Partial refund* (if the customer would like to keep their order)
- Full refund*
for the affected order item(s) once they have been received and reviewed by our team.
*Not including any import fees/taxes incurred by the customer and only including the original cost of shipping depending on the reason.
Address Issues
Before we ship orders, we do verify your shipping address and contact you if clarification is needed. Address errors found after an order has shipped are not eligible for a refund as the package is likely to be unrecoverable but we are still willing to work with you to help you get your order to the best of our ability.
For this reason please ensure your Shipping Address is up to date and correct, while making sure someone is present to receive your package when it has been delivered. Otherwise it will be re-delivered the next day or available for pickup at your local shipping depot.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
