Shipping policy

Canada 🇨🇦:

  • Processing time: 1-3 Business Days, Shipping time: 4-12 Business Days
  • We ship with either Canada Post, UPS, Intelcom, Purolator, etc. based on the best choice for your order. PO boxes will be strictly be delivered by Canada Post.

USA 🇺🇸:

  • Processing time: 1-3 Business Days, Shipping time: 5-15 Business Days
  • We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc. based on the best choice for your order. PO boxes/military addresses will be strictly be delivered by Canada Post.
  • If Canada Post is selected at checkout, all fees are prepaid and you will pay no additional fees when your order arrives. Other shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.) do not include import taxes (tariffs/duties/VAT) or brokerage fees.
  • In the event of a Canada Post postal strike you may choose to use (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc.) or send us an email/DM on Instagram letting us know that you would like to place an order (with the non Canada Post shipping method at checkout and prepay the duties) and hold off on shipping temporarily, so that it will ship by Canada Post when operations resume.

International 🌐:

  • Processing time: 2-4 Business Days, Shipping time: Typically 10-20 Business days (Varies by Country)
  • We currently ship to the following international countries:
    Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore
  • Shipping methods do not include import taxes (tariffs/duties/VAT) or brokerage fees.

Insurance: All Canada and USA orders are insured by default.

Delays: It is our priority that orders are delivered as soon as possible.
Although, certain cases like holidays, sale events, and postal strikes may increase processing and in some cases the shipping time. Please keep this in mind and plan ahead for this possibility before placing an order (feel free to reach out to us beforehand to get a better estimate).

Import Fees (TAX, DUTIES, VAT):

Any import fees upon arrival of your order such as duties, tax, VAT, etc. are the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise or prepaid as “duties” at checkout. Our products are almost all considered goods where the country of origin is China for import tax calculation purposes.
